Benefit: 4% of gross salary requirements

Responsibilities:
a. Ensure that the food and customer service meet quality of standards
b. Train staff in job responsibilities, and health and safety procedures
c. Supervise work procedures of staff who prepare, portion and serve food and establish work schedule
d. Maintain inventory and ensure that cafe equipment such as espresso machine, coffee maker, grinder, bar fridge, shelving, freezers, and bar taps are in operation
e. Handles customer complaints/issues in a professional and appropriate manner according to the situation
Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
· Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field OR 1-2 year of
experience in food preparation or service is required.
