Position Title: Food Service Supervisor
Position Available: 1
Wage: $15.00 per hour
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Work Condition: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Duties:
– Oversee and supervise daily operations of the restaurant
– Manage, schedule, assign, train and evaluate assigned restaurant staff
– Ensure that food and service quality meets quality control standards
– Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage
– Resolve routine problems encountered in performance of work assignment
– Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
-Completion of Secondary School
-English is required
-Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR several years (minimum 2 years) of experience in food preparation or customer service are required
