Fatburger Kelowna is looking for three Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 6311-B) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $15.50/hour.
Job Description:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry. Previous experience as a Supervisor is an asset
• Completion of secondary school
• Language in the workplace is English
