Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Worksite environment: Hot
Work Setting: Bakery
Job Requirements:
Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Bake mixed dough and batters
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Prepare special orders
Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
Operate machinery
Organize and maintain inventory
Security and safety
Criminal record check
Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast-paced environment, physically demanding, work under pressure, personal suitability, accuracy, dependability, reliability, team player, patience.
