Hardmetals (Canada) Inc of #6, 9550-114 Avenue, SE, Calgary, AB, T3S 0A5, is currently looking to hire three skilled CNC Machinists in full time, on a permanent basis.
A minimum of two to three years of previous work experience as a CNC Machinist is required for the position and the salary offered: $38.00/hour.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables, Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments, Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports, Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers), Set up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools, Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
