Wage: $ 17.00 per hour
Benefit: 4% of vacation fee
Job Duties
– Prepare all ingredients
– Cook various types of Japanese dishes including sushi roll, u-don, tempura, katsu-don, donburi, teriyaki and other menu
– Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies
– Manage kitchen area and supervise kitchen helpers
– Maintain kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
– Training kitchen helpers if necessary
– Manage orders for delivery in order and prepare it on time
– Ensure to meet the full guideline of Covid-19
Job Requirement
– minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience OR Completion of a 2 year apprenticeship program for cooks OR Completion of college or other program in cooking
– Japanese cooking experience is to be preferred
– Completion of Secondary School
– English is required
