Wage: $15.20 ~ $20.00/ per hour
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary
Hours of work: 30~40 hours per week.

Duties:
– Prepare and make various types of bento, tempura, teriyaki, etc.
– Prepare and make sauces for meals on the menu.
– Order and check inventory of ingredients and supplies.
– Oversee kitchen operations.
– Supervise kitchen helpers.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of a three-year
apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
