Responsibilities
Tasks
Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
Cook/prepare provided menu items
Package food for deliveries
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Ensure that all food preparation and cooking is of high quality and meets food and safety regulations
Clean kitchen and work areas
