International Custom Products Inc. (ICP) located at 49 Howden Road, Toronto, Ontario is looking for a full-time Sewing Machine Mechanic (Industrial)

 

 

Salary: $37.00 per year, for 37.5 hours per week.

 

 

Qualifications;

·         Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in the repair and maintenance of industrial machinery

·         Knowledge of the safe use of hand and power tools

·         Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

·         Ability to read and comprehend assembly instructions

·         Good communication skills

·         Adequate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, regulated manufacturing environment

·         Ability to pay attention to detail

·         High School Diploma or equivalent required, preferably with vocational courses completed.

 

Job Duties;

·         Perform basic repairs of sewing machines.

·         Perform routine maintenance tasks.

·         Compile production machinery maintenance records and documentation.

·         Maintain spare parts inventory.

·         Order new / replacement parts by phone and online (where applicable).
