Responsibilities

• Preparing stations to ensure successful dinner service;
  Prepare and cook food items as directed by a chef;
  Maintaining cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards;
  Ensure quality food comes out simultaneously with team members;
  Performs inventory assessments and communicates to chef efficiently;
  Maintains a positive and professional approach with colleagues

Qualifications

1+ years of cooking experience
Experience with seafood dishes is an asset
Entry-level knife skills
Available evenings and weekends
