We are currently looking for construction labourers to add to our dedicated team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist skilled tradespeople to perform various labor tasks at the construction sites.

These vacancies are open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, newcomers, refugees, youths, and others.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• General Construction Tasks: Perform a variety of general construction tasks such as digging, shoveling, and loading/unloading materials to support ongoing construction activities.
• Material Handling: Safely handle and transport construction materials to and from work areas using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation activities such as clearing debris, leveling ground, and erecting temporary structures to facilitate construction work.
• Equipment Operation: Operate construction equipment and machinery under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assistance to Tradespeople: Provide support to skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by fetching materials, holding tools, and performing other tasks as directed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site.
• Site Cleanup: Participate in site cleanup activities to remove debris, waste materials, and hazardous substances, ensuring cleanliness and organization on the construction site.

Qualifications:

• Experience an asset,
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks,
• Physically fitness and stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions,
• On the job training,
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions and safety rules.
