Job Duties and Responsibilities：

·         Prepare and clean construction sites; remove debris and hazards.

·         Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.

·         Assist skilled trades with basic tasks (carpentry, concrete, electrical, etc.).

·         Operate simple tools and equipment such as drills, saws, shovels, and compactors.

·         Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete, gravel, and asphalt.

·         Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.

·         Follow safety rules, use PPE, and report hazards.

·         Perform demolition, sweeping, and site cleanup as needed.

Skills Requirements：

·         Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

·         Basic knowledge of tools; training can be provided.
