Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Promote and sell aluminum alloy window and door products to contractors, builders, architects, and residential clients.
· Assess customer needs and provide technical product recommendations based on project specifications and building requirements.
· Prepare detailed quotations, price lists, material take-offs, and order documentation.
· Interpret drawings, measurements, and installation requirements to ensure product compatibility with project needs.
· Conduct on-site assessments to understand construction conditions, verify dimensions, and coordinate with the installation team.
· Explain product features to clients, including thermal-break structures, glass configurations, hardware systems, and energy-efficiency performance.
· Maintain customer relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide after-sales technical support.
· Collaborate with production, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
· Participate in trade shows, industry events, and related marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
· Completion of a college diploma or higher education.
· A minimum of 3 years of sales experience related to similar products.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
· Ability to prepare basic architectural sketches.
