Responsibilities
Tasks
Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit to the required lengths and angles for installation.
Assist in the installation of electrical components, such as outlets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers, under the direction of a licensed electrician.
Prepare work areas by clearing obstructions and help maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the project.
Support electricians in troubleshooting electrical systems by helping to identify and locate issues.
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on the worksite, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Perform cleaning and basic upkeep of tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.
Pull wiring through conduit and raceways to connect power to various electrical access points.
