Responsibilities
Tasks
Assign sales workers to duties
Training and supervising sales staff, assigning them tasks and monitoring their performance
· Operate a cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with product inquiries, item location, and purchases.
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Organize and maintain inventory
Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing appropriate solutions
Oversee payroll administration
Monitoring the environment to ensure that it is clean, safe and well stocked.
