Duties for the position :
Coordinate, assign and review the work of lash and nail technicians
Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
Participate in the hiring and training of staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Monitor quality and production levels
Perform the same duties as workers supervised (apply eyelash extensions, nail extensions, gel nail polish, curling and filling of eyelashes, etc.)
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Perform cashier duties
Ensure the cleanliness of all work areas
