Position: Restaurant Manager

Education requirement: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Experience requirement: 1 year as a Restaurant Manager

Language: English

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $44.00/hour, 32 to 35 hours/week.

Job Duties:

·       Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

·       Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations

·       Evaluate, plan and organize daily operations

·       Recruit and train staff, set staff work schedules.

·       Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

·       Balance cash, prepare bank deposit and complete cash reports

·       Conduct staff performance reviews

·       Manage and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.

·       Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·       Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·       Participate in marketing plans and implementation

·       Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·        Provide customer service
