Responsibilities
Tasks
– Carry out work study
– Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs
– Inspect processes
– Set machine or equipment controls
– Conduct work measurement or other studies
– Collect and compile operational or experimental data
– Collect and analyze data and samples
– Develop manufacturing and processing procedures
– Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports
– Read blueprints and drawings
– Operate machinery
– Inspect finished and pre-finished products
– Ensure smooth operation of equipment
– Operate multi-function central process control machinery
– Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
