JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief Executive Officer at MCO Industrial Ltd. will oversee, lead, and evaluate the company’s operations, working closely with middle managers to manage property services for both residential and commercial property owners. The CEO will be responsible for formulating policies that define the strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with MCO Industrial’s mission to provide exceptional property management services. This role involves making critical decisions regarding the company’s operations to drive growth, improve service offerings, and meet client needs.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Executive Officer at MCO Industrial Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
• Set strategic goals for MCO Industrial Ltd., ensuring alignment with the company’s vision of delivering high-quality property management services to Canadian residential and commercial property owners.
• Formulate and approve policies and initiatives focused on enhancing property management services, maintaining high tenant satisfaction, and ensuring optimal performance of managed properties.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources efficiently to support property management operations.
• Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure profitability, while formulating and approving promotional campaigns for marketing the properties to potential renters.
• Oversee the selection and appointment of senior management staff, including middle managers and directors, ensuring that they have the necessary expertise to effectively manage property portfolios and client relationships.
• Ensure smooth coordination between property management teams, marketing, maintenance, and customer service departments to guarantee consistent and quality service to all clients.
• Represent MCO Industrial in high-level negotiations with property owners, potential clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Delegate representatives where appropriate to maintain the company’s interests in official functions and negotiations.
QUALIFICATIONS
· A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or a related discipline is required.
· 3 years to less than 5 years of middle manager experience is required.
