Wage: $15.00/hour, 35 hours/week.

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff, ensure franchise policies are followed in food preparation and customer service.

·         Hire and train new staff members.

·         Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage

·         Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.

·         Ensure good quality food and service is provided to customers

·         Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed.

·         Prepare work schedule for staff and monitor their performance.

·         Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health And food safety regulations.

·         Estimate and order food ingredients and other supplies.
