MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Provide bedside and personal care.

·         Aid with bathing and maintaining personal hygiene.

·         Assist with regular exercise routines, such as walking.

·         Take full responsibility for household tasks in the absence of the householder.

·         Handle laundry duties, including washing clothing and household linens.

·         Mend clothing and linens as needed.

·         Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.

·         Develop therapeutic diets and plan menus accordingly.

·         Offer companionship to individuals.

·         Deliver personalized care and support.

·         Shop for food and essential household supplies.

·         Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

·         Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

·         1 year of paid full time caregiver experience or 6 months training

·         First aid certification is an asset

·         Attention to detail

 

Wage: CAD 24.5-26.5/Hour

Work Hours: 30-40 Hours per Week
