Task includes but not limited to;
Hire and train or arrange for the training of cleaning staff, supervise and coordinate activitities of cleaners, Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, recommen or arrange services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment, assist cleaners in performing duties, establish work schedules.
Supervision: Light-duty cleaners
Work Environment: At heights, wet/damp/ odours, dusty, outdoors, dirty
Work Settings: Office building, commercial facility, shopping centre or mall, restaurant
Work conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to details, bending, crouching, kneeling, a combination of sitting, standing, walking and climbing up stairs, standing for an extended period of hours
Weight handling: Up to 23kg (50lbs)
