Framing Carpenter

NuFrame is currently in the process of looking for 4 framing carpenters.

Work Location: Various locations in the lower mainland, B.C

Wage rate: $31.50 per hour, overtime will start after 40 hours per week Eligibility:
·      High school diploma or its equivalency
·      Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the construction industry
·      English language

Job Duties:
·      Read and interpret architectural, structural, and various shop drawings
·      Layout building component locations such as walls, joists, and trusses
·      Measure, cut, and install dimensional lumber and engineered wood products
·      Construct and install wall, floor, stair, and roof assemblies
·      Supervise carpenter helpers

Working setting: The candidate will be available to work full time Monday through Friday, and
on weekends as required.
Working Conditions: Physically demanding, the candidate will be required to work outdoors in inclement weather
including rain, extreme cold, and high temperatures
