Salary: $20.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualification:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
– 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a pastry cook is required.
Job duties:
– Bake and prepare roll cake such as Strawberry Shortcake, and Maple Walnut;
– Bake cookies such as Breakfast, Dark Chocolate, and Matcha White Chocolate;
– Bake Neo Spiced Pumpkin Pie, and Matcha White Chocolate Mini Pie;
– Bake Apple Tea Muffin, Blackberry & Blueberry Muffin, and Cookie Choux;
– Bake croissants such as Butter, Almond, and Cheddar Cheese;
– Make sandwiches such as Katsu, Fish, Chicken, Organic Egg Salad, and Smoked Salmon;
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
– Order supplies and equipment;
– Clean kitchen and work areas;
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
