Job Duties:
– Assist the restaurant manager in organizing and evaluating the operations of a restaurant
– Assist the restaurant manager in negotiating prices and check the qualities of ingredients or
other supplies with suppliers
– Plan to enhance customer services
– Review and control sta working schedules
– Control inventory to minimize loss and waste
– Do other duties assigned by the restaurant manager
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of High school
Experience: Minimum a year of supervisory experience OR completion of a college level
education or other program related to hospitality
