Job duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,
Ensure food service and quality control,
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
Prepare food order summaries for chef,
Establish work schedules
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Completion of a college program a related discipline OR several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
