Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of products they are interested in purchasing
2. Confirm the price of products
3. Prepare or wrap products for sale and take payments
4. Monitor store inventory and order products as needed
5. Process merchandise returns
6. Address and resolve issues related to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortage
7. Ensure the store’s visual standards are consistently maintained, including cleanliness and merchandise displays
8. Prepare reconciliation reports
