Job Requirements:

Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Prepare and submit reports
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
Arrange for maintenance and repair work
Train workers in duties and policies
Arrange training for staff
Conduct performance reviews
Co-ordinate, assign and review work
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Organize and maintain inventory

Supervision: 5-10 peoples

Computer and technology knowledge:
MS Excel, MS Word

Security and safety: Criminal record check
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Personal suitability: accuracy, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organization, reliability, and team player.
