Position: Food Service Supervisor

Number of Positions: 1

Duration: Full time Permanent

Education requirement: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Experience requirement: Minimum 1 year.

Language: English

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage:  $17.50/hour, 35 to 40 hours/week.

Job Duties:

·       Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff

·       Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage.

·       Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed in the restaurant by staff as per Subway franchise policy.

·       Hire and train or make arrangements for training of new staff members.

·       Address customer complaints in professional manner.

·       Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health

and food safety regulations are met.

·       Estimate and order food ingredients and other supplies.

·       Ensure excellent quality of food and service is provided to customers

·       Prepare work schedule for restaurant staff.

·       Prepare sales and employee reports.
