Job Description:

– Wage: $15.20-$20.00 per Hour depending on experience
– Number of work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
– Benefit: 4% gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook various types of food on the menu such as sauces, salads, tacos, fries, poutine, and chicken etc.
– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
– Prepping and cooking of all food products to Sunny Chibas’ recipe guidelines and health code specification.
– Maintain inventory and check stocks, ingredients, and supplies.
– Manage kitchen operations, and supervise kitchen staff.
Job Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 1- 2 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
