Wage: $23.00 ~ $25.00 / hour (depend on working experience)
Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week. 10 days paid vacation per year.

Job Duties:
– Prepare and make various types of sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, salad, and hot foods.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for special rolls.
– Prepare and make sauces for meals on the menu.
– Check and manage inventory order supplies and ingredients.
– Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
– Oversee kitchen operations
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2 to 3+ years of cooking experience required OR Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety.
