Responsibilities
Tasks
• Calculate meal portion sizes and expenses.
• Prepare and cook whole meals or specific items and dishes.
• Prepare food for guests who have dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Keep track of food, supplies, and equipment inventories and records.
• Keep the workspace and kitchen sanitary.
• Coordinate banquets and buffets
• Monitor kitchen operations.
