The Homesteader Dining Room is looking for a skilled cook to join our kitchen.
Description:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
• Determine the size of food portions and costs;
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
• Organize buffets and banquets;
• Manage kitchen operations;
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years cook working experience
• Completion of high school or equivalent
