Job Details

Tasks:

–        Prepare and cook menu items during service (line cooking).

–        Complete daily kitchen prep, including chopping, portioning, and setting up your station.

–        Assemble and plate dishes neatly and consistently according to our standards.

–        Handle closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing stations. Sweeping and mopping of floors.

–        Help with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as putting away deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining inventory of ingredients.

Skills Requirements

Education: Secondary education is usually required.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years cooking experience or related experience in the food service industry. Food Safety Certificate is a must.
