Job Position:
Childcare Provider – Private home
Job Qualifications:
· Childcare related experience is an advantage.
· Good English Communication is required.
· Completion of secondary school maybe required.
· The ability to perform housework maybe required.
· Any training program in childcare is an advantage.
· Non-smoker, scent free.
· Valid Driver’s License maybe required.
· Can work under work pressure, attention to details and other good qualities are advantage.
· Willingness to work on flexible hours, day/nights, overtime/overnights is an advantage.
Job Description:
· Care and supervise for children.
· Look after children’s activities, such as playdates, rest periods and meals as per parent’s instructions.
· Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
· Assume complete responsibility for household when parents are not around.
· Prepare and serve nutritious meals to the children.
· Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home.
· Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
· Guide children in personal hygiene and social development.
· Tend to the emotional well-being of the child(ren).
· Keep records of daily activities and health information of the children maybe required.
· Assist in children’s school activities and homework required.
· Work in employer’s home.
· Willingness to travel maybe requested.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18 per hour.
Schedule
· Monday to Friday
· Weekend availability.
· 40 hours per week
· Overnights/Overtime may be requested.
· Paid travel with family may be required.
Work Location: Private home – Fort St. John, B.C. Canada.
