Duties:

·       Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread various documents including correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, and reports from machine dictation and handwritten copy.

·       Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the employer.

·       Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other materials.

·       Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.

·       Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.

·       Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them to the employer or appropriate person.

·       Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities.

Required skills
