Requirements:
· Must be lawfully authorized to work in Canada
– Canadian citizen
– Permanent resident of Canada
– Temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
· Customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
· Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of merchandise
Responsibilities
Tasks
Supervise and manage gas station staff to ensure efficient operations
Schedule and assign duties to employees, monitor their performance, and provide feedback
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Establish work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Perform cash management duties, including preparing deposits, reconciling cash drawers, and monitoring cash shortages or overages
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
