MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise food service staff, including servers and kitchen staff
Create work schedules and assign duties to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or corrective action when necessary.
Handle staff conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Monitor the dining area to ensure it is clean, organized, and properly set up.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure food preparation meets quality standards and is delivered in a timely manner.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track food costs to maximize profitability.
Train staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Secondary School Diploma or above
Proven experience in food preparation or service
Must be self-motivated and customer focused oriented
Have strong communication skills
