Job Description: Prepare and cook various dishes including for customers with food allergies or intolerance; May help to plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs; May monitor/order supplies and equipment; May train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food; Maintain inventory, records of food, supplies, and equipment; Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Clean kitchen and work areas.

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
Experience: At least 1 year of commercial cooking
