Zora is seeking a warm, responsible, and experienced child caregiver (44100) to provide dedicated care for her child. If you are passionate about working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment, this role is for you!

Duties:

• Perform daily childcare tasks, ensuring children are cared for and supported
• Create and maintain a safe, healthy home environment
• Assist children with personal hygiene and encourage social development
• Plan and organize activities such as games and outings
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for children
• Supervise and provide attentive care to children
• Support the emotional well-being and development of children
• Carry out light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Work conditions:

• Wage: $19/hour
• Full-time, permanent job offer
• Working location: Vancouver, BC
• 30 hours per week
• Overtimes are paid at 1,5 rate for hours exceeding 40
• 4% vacation pay

Requirements:

• 7 months to 1 year of experience in child caregiving or relevant training
• Patience, creativity, and a love for children
• Ability to manage daily routines and tasks independently
• Good communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
