We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Nail Salon Manager to join our thriving nail salon at Amethyst Nail Studio in Kingston, ON. If you have a proven track record in managing nail salon operations, inspiring teams, delivering professional nail care services, and providing outstanding customer service, we would love to work with you!
Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years of work experience in the nail industry
Work Location: On-site work required. No remote option.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee daily operations
Evaluate daily activities
Plan and organize daily tasks
Establish or implement staff policies and procedures
Plan and control budgets and inventory
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
Hire, train, and supervise staff
Handle customer complaints or concerns
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist in delivering professional nail care services, including applying or removing artificial nails and advanced nail art for our valued clients
Resolve issues that may arise, including client requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Monitor staff performance
Provide expertise to meet clients’ needs
Language Requirement: English
Work Location: 2469 Princess St Unit 2, Kingston, ON K7M 3G1
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shifts. Weekend availability required.
