Currently, we would like to hire 1 experienced Hotel assistant manager to join our hotel.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations; Recruit and hire staff; Supervise staff; Conduct performance reviews; Conduct training sessions; Implement marketing activities; Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Assist clients/guests with special needs; Establish work schedules; Manage events; Organize and maintain inventory
Education requirement: College degree
Language: English
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Supervision: 16-20 people
Transportation/travel information: Own transportation
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight deadlines; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods
