Respond to inquiries about gym memberships, class schedules, personal training services, and facility policies
Process new memberships, renewals, cancellations, and account updates
Handle payments, including membership fees, retail purchases, and service charges
Promote gym programs, fitness classes, and special offers to increase member engagement and sales
Schedule appointments for personal training sessions, group classes, and facility bookings
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to services, equipment, or policies
Maintain accurate member records, including contact information, billing details, and attendance
Monitor check-ins and ensure all members follow gym rules and safety guidelines
Assist with orientation of new members, explaining equipment use and facility amenities
Coordinate refunds, service adjustments, or credits when necessary
Communicate with staff and management regarding member feedback and operational issues
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
