• We are seeking an organized, energetic, and community-minded Retail Sales Supervisor and Head
  Cashier to lead our front-shop operations and checkout services. In this role, you will manage retail staff,
  supervise cashiers, oversee merchandising, and ensure an exceptional customer experience, effectively
  bridging the gap between our retail floor and the pharmacy team. Given our unique location and
  culturally rich customer base on the Acadian Shore, bilingualism (English and French) is considered
  a strong asset for this position.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable personal
  transportation for commuting to work.
• Candidates must have a willingness to relocate to the Saulnierville area
  and be fully capable of securing their own independent accommodation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach a team, manage
  schedules, and communicate effectively.
• Staffing & Recruitment: Lead to build a strong, reliable front-shop retail and cashier
  team.

Required skills

1+ years of retail supervisory or team lead experience (pharmacy or grocery environment is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and inventory management software.
