Salary: $36.00–$45.00/hour (depending on experience)

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform diagnostics using the latest software
- Repair engine and transmission components
- Troubleshoot issues related to engine fault codes and emissions control systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to heavy-duty vehicle electronic components
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair ABS braking systems
- Perform PEP inspections
- Perform pre-SAAQ inspections
- Perform heavy-duty vehicle maintenance (e.g., oil changes, battery checks, equipment lubrication, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems (ASSET)
- Diagnose and repair Webasto/Espar heating systems (ASSET)
- Diagnose and repair Autoclima air conditioning systems (ASSET)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Vocational Diploma (DEP in Quebec or DVS else in Canada) in heavy-duty truck mechanics
- 4+ years of experience in the field
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to engine fault codes and emissions control systems
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to heavy-duty vehicle electronic components
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- PEP certification (asset)
- Halocarbon certification (asset)
- Class 1 license (asset)
