Hiring a Cook
Nubo Kitchen + Bar, at 490 Pandora Ave, Victoria is looking for a Cook.
Salary: $16.00/Hourly
Job Type: Full-Time, 40hrs/week (Full-time/Permanent)

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Main duties:
– Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine
– Plan menu, determine size of food portions and estimate requirements
– Maintain inventory, safety and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Ensure operation level of profitability and client satisfaction
– Clean kitchen and work area
– Implement recruiting, training staff if necessary
Requirements:
– Completion of Secondary School
– English is required
– Minimum 2-year of commercial cooking experience OR Completion of a 3-year apprenticeship program for cooks OR Completion of a college or other programs in cooking
