Job summary:
Robin’s Donuts specializes in offering the finest coffee, along with other specialty drinks such as iced cappuccino. Robin’s also offers all-day breakfast and fresh, handmade baked goods prepared onsite, including donuts, muffins, and other baked goods.
We are currently seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drinks to delight our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Staff Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the tasks of food preparation and service staff, ensuring they efficiently follow established procedures.
- Procurement Administration: Assess ingredient and supply needs, and place orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Scheduling Establishment: Develop work schedules and operational guidelines for food preparation and service staff to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Staff Training: Provide training to staff on their responsibilities, with a focus on food safety, sanitation procedures, and customer service standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Customer Engagement: Address customer feedback and issues promptly to improve the overall dining experience.
- Financial Management: Maintain precise daily sales records, manage cash handling, debit/credit transactions, and reconcile cash drawers accurately.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school is required;
- Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is required;
- Ability to supervise 5-8 people;
- Willing to work flexible hours and during weekends.
