Wage: $16.00 ~ $19.00/hour (depend on working experience)

Key duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare traditional style Japanese dishes and Asian fusion dishes from themenu
-Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personaljudgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
-Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment andexperience
-Check the quality of raw and cooked products
-Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-Plan menus, and determine size of food portions
-Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
-Inspect kitchens and food service areas
-Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirement:
–Completion of secondary school.
–1-2 years of cooking experience in commercial cooking industry required.
– Criminal Record Check will be conducted upon hiring process.
