Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days paid vacation

Job Duties:
– Plan and organize the operations of the restaurant, hall, kitchen, and other food services.
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and meet the standard.
– Analyze operating costs to operate efficiently.
– Manage staff schedules and oversee staff training.
– Negotiate arrangements with food suppliers.
– Manage inventory and check revenues and modify prices and costs.
– Monitor staff performance and resolve customer complaints.
*Job Requirement*
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience OR Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
