Job Duties:
– Train staff, assign job duties, and make sure that they are able to follow sanitary standards and safety procedures.
– Receive take out order, and check content in order to verify product quality and quantity.
– Maintain food and service quality.
– Establish work schedules and procedures.
– Responsible for keeping stocks and ingredients fresh.
– Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required
and
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel, and restaurant management are required.
